SEPTEMBER & OCTOBER YIN YOGA

Enjoy the gentle practice of Yin Yoga infused with mindfulness instruction. Yin yoga is a slow-paced practice where poses are held for 2 -5 minutes in a relaxed manner. Yin Yoga targets bones, joints and connective tissues. Through regular practice, flexibility and range of motion are improved. This practice is very meditative in its style and will provide a calming rest to benefit your day.
SEPTEMBER CLASSES 
Monday’s: 3:00 – 4:15 (No class September 7 or 28)
Wedneday’s: 10:00 – 11:00a.m. (see info below on this new class)
Thursday’s: 3:00 – 4:15
MINDFUL YIN YOGA
New Morning Class

Wednesday Mornings
9:30 – 10:30
This class is gentle and quiet in its style. Postures will be held 3 – 6 minutes and you will be guided into the postures with meditation instruction. Poses will then be held as meditation is practiced. This is a suitable class for anyone who would like a morning stretch and practice in meditation.
Sweet Slumber Tuesday, September 15 & 28 and October 20.

September & October pass(24 classes): $115
August only(4 classes): $30
Single class: $15

**Some yoga background is recommended.  These classes merge together the practices of yin yoga, meditation & mindfulness.
