Monday & Thursday Yin Yoga 

Mondays at 3:00 – 4:15 (May 10 17 & 31.  June 7, 21 & 28)

June 14th class – 4:00 – 5:15

Thursdays at 4:00 – 5:00 (May 13, 20 & 27.  June 17 & 24)

June 3rd class changed to  5:00 – 6:00

This class offers a variety of gentle and more advanced Yin Yoga postures. Students are led to the most optimum degree of each posture with cues from Karen. Some mindfulness instruction is included in this class. Mindfulness assists the student to practice each pose to their highest ability.

Meditative Yin (A productive start to the day!)

10:00 – 11:00 a.m.
This class includes a sequence of gentle postures that are held for 3 – 6 minutes. As each pose is held, silent meditation is practiced. Meditation instruction is included in this class. This class is recommended if you would like to begin your day with a deep stretch and meditation.

Sweet Slumber – An Evening Oasis
Tuesdays Evenings
May 18 and June 15

8:00 – 9:15 p.m.
This is an evening class that has been designed to induce a deep state of relaxation in preparation for a peaceful evening sleep. Both Yin and restorative yoga postures are offered. Karen begins each pose with a brief body scan to assist in the process of letting go and releasing any tension from the day. Quiet background music is played to help induce a deeper rest.

Single class: $15
Monthly pass (9 classes): $80
January and February pass(17 classes): $120

Yin Yoga & Chakra Healing Class

In this 90 minute class I will guide you through a meditation on each chakra as you rest in a Yin Yoga posture.

Chakras are energy centres in the body. We have 7 main chakras which are connected to our whole system: our physical, mental and emotional body. The included sequence will include poses to gently stimulate, open and balance the 7 centres.

Time: 2:00 – 3:30 p.m.
Cost: $25 or $20 if you are a yin yoga pass holder
