A MEDITATION & YIN YOGA WORKSHOP
This two hour class will explore meditation & mindfulness while practicing and learning the basic principles of yin yoga postures. This class is suitable for the absolute beginner or the practitioner who wants to have a quiet evening to practice, stretch and relax.

A Yin Yoga Home Practice
~essentials for practicing at home~

This workshop has been designed for students to learn how to safely practice yin yoga at home. Workshop will include 2 standard yoga blocks, a Mexican yoga blanket and hand-outs of the postures. Meditation instruction will be also included.

A TASTE OF SILENCE…Yoga & Mindfulness Workshop
Immerse yourself five hours of silence. You will practice mindfulness through the practices of yoga, walking, meditation and mindful eating. This is an opportunity to have time to practice in a supported environment. No previous experience is required, just a willingness to learn and join in the joy of the silence.

What to wear: Comfortable clothes for walking and yoga. Walking shoes appropriate for the weather.

What to bring: Lunch (can be refrigerated)

Beverages will be provided.
