Guided Meditation & Spiritual Teachings

MEDITATION HOUR 

This winter I am offering 4 free drop-in classes. These classes include guided meditations as well as some instruction on meditation,and mindfulness. Classes are suitable for all levels. Beginners are welcome.  You may come to any of the four all attend all four if you choose.

Time:  10:30 – 11:30 a.m.
Dates: January 11, 25, February 1 and 8
