Drop-In Meditation Classes

Winter 2020 Drop-in Classes

These classes are run bi-weekly and are suitable for both beginners and seasoned practitioners.  Guided meditations are included and instruction on correct meditation. Concepts about correct mindfulness practice are introduced and reviewed in each class. Address to location is given upon registration.
