Karen Kofman is a certified Meditation & Mindfulness instructor. Her mindfulness training has brought her to Thailand the last 3 years where she has studied with monks and master teachers. Karen is returning to Thailand in March 2019. Upon her return she will be offering courses to reflect her most recent teachings. Karen believes that meditation is accessible to everyone. It is a matter of finding a teacher that you are comfortable with and to be open to the practice.

This five week course will introduce you to the basic principles of a meditation and mindfulness.
