Karen Kofman is a certified Meditation & Mindfulness instructor. Her mindfulness training has brought her to Thailand the last 4 years where she has studied with monks and master teachers. Karen believes that meditation is accessible to everyone. It is a matter of finding a teacher that you are comfortable with and to be open to the practice. A new beginners course starts Wednesday, May 8th in the evenings or Thursday, May 9th in the mornings.
In the last few years, mindfulness has become quite a popular topic in the West. Karen teaches meditation individually in addition to teaching and introduction courses several times a year.
This five week course will introduce you to the basic principles of a meditation and mindfulness.
