Happy New Year!
I'd like to share the words of my favourite Sanskrit chant with you. I chant these words daily, allowing them to fill my heart with deep feelings of peace. I hope you may find some comfort in them as well.
Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu
“May all beings everywhere be happy and free, and may the thoughts, words, and actions of my own life contribute in some way to that happiness and to that freedom for all.”
This year I am offering all classes through Zoom. For Yin Yoga, camera may be on or off. Yin Yoga classes are infused with meditation and mindfulness training and offered three times a week.

Chakras are energy centres in the body. We have 7 main chakras which are connected to our whole system: our physical, mental and emotional body. The included sequence will include poses to gently stimulate, open and balance the 7 centres.
Date: Saturday, February 6th
Time: 2:00 – 3:30 p.m.
Cost: $25 or $20 if you are a yin yoga pass holder
Classes Offered
In the last few years, mindfulness has become quite a popular topic in the West. Karen teaches meditation individually in addition to teaching and introduction courses several times a year.
