Karen Kofman is a certified Meditation & Mindfulness instructor. She has been studying for over 12 years. The last 4 years included visits to Thailand where she has studied with monks and master teachers. Karen believes that meditation is accessible to everyone. It is a matter of finding a teacher that you are comfortable with and to be open to the practice. Karen's teacher returns from Thailand at the end of May. At this time she immerses herself in studies. Private lessons are available during the summer months.
