“When I took the introduction course with Karen I was looking for a place where I can connect with myself and establish a meditation routine in my life. I found much more than that. Karen is a wonderful instructor and a very kind person. She gives so much insight and wisdom during her lessons and she showed me how to cultivate Metta (loving kindness) within myself and to others.”
