MORNING ZOOM MEDITATION
Since January 2021, I have been hosting a group meditation. No previous experience is required to join. These weekly meditations on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 9:00 a.m. will offer you a space to practice silent meditation with other like-minded meditators. The intention of this Sangha is to create a community space where all levels of meditators may gather to practice together. Make a commitment to practice daily. Meditation is life altering. It is a a path to peace, compassion and wisdom.
Mondays: 5 - 10 minute tips and teachings on mindfulness & 20 minute silent meditation.
Wednesdays: Metta & silent meditation
Fridays: 20 minutes silent meditation & question period

Mondays at 3:00 – 4:15 p.m.

Tuesdays at 8:00 – 9:15 p.m. (with reiki option)
Wednesdays – Meditative Yin at 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.
Thursdays 4:00 – 5:00 p.m.

June 3, 17 & 24
Saturdays – Yin to oldies at 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.
Single class: $15.
In the last few years, mindfulness has become quite a popular topic in the West. Karen teaches meditation individually in addition to teaching and introduction courses several times a year.
This five week course will introduce you to the basic principles of a meditation and mindfulness.
