Introduction Course beginning Monday, March 9th at 7:30 pm.
This 5 week course is taught in Thornhill (Bathurst & 407 area). Warm home yoga studio creates a perfect environment for the study of meditation. This course is taught by Karen Kofman who is a certified meditation and mindfulness instructor. Karen has been teaching since 2007. She has studied with Western instructors as well as visiting Thailand 4 times where she studied with Theravada Monks and senior teachers. Private sessions are also available.
Karen believes that meditation is accessible to everyone. It is a matter of finding a teacher that you are comfortable with and to be open to the practice. Please feel free to contact Karen at 416-9898-9266 with any questions you may have regarding this course.
