Karen Kofman is a certified Meditation & Mindfulness instructor. Her mindfulness training has brought her to Thailand the last 3 years where she has studied with monks and master teachers. Karen believes that meditation is accessible to everyone. It is a matter of finding a teacher that you are comfortable with and to be open to the practice. At this time she is offering private sessions only.
