Karen Kofman is a certified Meditation & Mindfulness instructor. She has been studying for over 12 years. The last 4 years included visits to Thailand where she has studied with monks and master teachers. Karen believes that meditation is accessible to everyone. It is a matter of finding a teacher that you are comfortable with and to be open to the practice.
