Meditation & Mindfulness

Zoom Yin Yoga

Guided Meditations

“… When we become aware of our body and mind and accept the truth of them, that they are impermanent, do not persist and are beyond control, then we will be liberated and abide in the greatest happiness.”

Luangpor Pramote Pamojjo

“When we are mindful, deeply in touch with the present moment, our understanding of what is going on deepens, and we begin to be filled with acceptance, joy, peace and love.”

Thich Nhat Hanh

“Peace comes from within. Do not seek it without.”

Everyone is welcome!

January Morning Meditation
Join the Sangha
Sangha: A Sanskrit word meaning "association", "assembly", "company" or "community".

Monday - Friday
9:00 a.m.

Join as many days as you like!

Three reasons to meditate:

1) Calms the mind and body.
2) Builds a strong and stable mind that is prepared for daily mindfulness practice.
3) Develops inner wisdom to see the truth.

Meditation is a practice. In order to be a good practitioner and achieve correct results it should be practiced daily.

Meditating in a group can be very helpful. It motivates one to practice and includes the energetic support of other meditators. It is my intention in January to offer a time and space(zoom) for us to gather and meditate together in silence. A time to cultivate inner peace and wisdom.

My recommendation is to make a commitment to yourself. You may join the zoom sessions as often as you like whether it is once or twice a week or everyday. You may commit to 10, 15 or 20 minutes of practice. Choose your practice times for the new year and do your best to nourish your personal practice for peaceful start to 2021. No previous meditation experience is required.

'There is no fee for these meditations'
