SEPTEMBER & OCTOBER YIN YOGA
(on zoom)

Enjoy the gentle practice of Yin Yoga infused with mindfulness instruction. Yin yoga is a slow-paced practice where poses are held for 2 -5 minutes in a relaxed manner. Yin Yoga targets bones, joints and connective tissues. Through regular practice, flexibility and range of motion are improved. This practice is very meditative in its style and will provide a calming rest to benefit your day.

PRIVATE MEDITATION & MINDFULNESS LESSONS OFFERED ON ZOOM.

Mindfulness can be the tool to assist you in living a more productive and peaceful life. By learning to be in full awareness of what is transpiring in the mind and body, one can shift the quality of all experiences.

During these sessions, the basic principles of meditation and mindfulness are taught. The lesson plans are similar to the class concept however, more attention is spent on the student’s personal needs. It is best to take 3 – 6 classes to build a foundation for a regular practice.

Private sessions are also beneficial for someone who has completed the introduction course and would like some personal attention to help them to further develop their practice.

FEES for private and semi-private sessions:

Single session $75.00 for 50 minutes
Three sessions package: $200.00
Semi-private $100 for one hour
Three session package for semi-private: $270
