    Yin Yoga

    Yin Yoga consists of postures which are practiced mainly on the floor. Yin Yoga is unique in that you are asked to relax in the posture. It offers a much deeper access to the body, focusing on the hips, sacrum and spine. The practitioner accesses the connective tissues and fascia. This in turn creates flexibility and energy within the body.

    Karen Kofman guides her students through the class in a gentle and mindful manner. Yin Yoga is suitable for almost all levels of students.
